Booking Process
1. Contact Us
Reach out via our contact form, email, WhatsApp, or social media. Please provide the following details :
♦ Number of travelers
♦ Preferred accommodation category (Standard, Excellent, Luxury, etc.)
♦ Desired travel dates (if known)
♦ Selected tour or any information to help us create a customized itinerary
2. Reservation & Payment
To confirm your booking, we require a small deposit—preferably through our PayPal account.
The remaining balance can be paid :
In cash to your driver/guide upon arrival Or via PayPal (subject to a 5% transaction fee)
Alternative Payment Methods :
If you don’t have PayPal, we can issue an online invoice payable by credit or debit card
Bank/Wire transfer is also accepted (please allow up to 12 days for processing). A valid transfer receipt will serve as confirmation until the payment is received in our system.
