Arrive at Erg Chebbi by evening and enjoy a delicious dinner at a cozy kasbah or traditional riad near the dunes.

⇒ Day 2: Erg Chebbi – Rissani – Merzouga – Desert Camp.

Wake early to witness the desert sunrise, then begin your day of discovery. Traverse the dunes, meet local nomads, and enjoy a cultural exchange over tea. Stop in the village of Khamlia to listen to the soulful rhythms of Gnawa music. Visit the vibrant market town of Rissani for a flavorful lunch before heading back to Merzouga. From there, ride camels into the heart of the dunes to catch the sunset from the crest of Erg Chebbi. Spend the evening at a desert camp, where traditional Moroccan dishes, Berber drums, and a sky full of stars await.

⇒ Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Erfoud – Errachidia – Midelt – Azrou – Fez.

Greet the sunrise with a peaceful walk atop the dunes, followed by breakfast and a fresh start at your desert accommodation. Journey back through the Atlas Mountains toward Fez, passing Midelt for a midday meal and pausing in Azrou’s cedar forests to glimpse wild monkeys in their natural habitat. Return to Fez by evening, wrapping up your remarkable desert adventure.
